ServiceDesk Plus Workshop in the Philippines

ManageEngine, in partnership with IT Group, Inc. (ITG), recently concluded a workshop entitled “ServiceDesk Plus Workshop.” The workshop was conducted at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel covering (1) new product features and updates, integrations, and use cases, (2) hands-on exercises, and (3) interesting product demonstrations that allowed attendees to discover new ways to add value to their businesses.
Mr. Shyam Prasad, the Marketing Specialist for ManageEngine, launched the workshop by providing an overview of ManageEngine, and how its solutions can provide additional value to organizations. He then proceeded to share the objectives and expectations of the workshop proper, ending his session by introducing Ms. Priya Kumar, ServiceDesk Plus Global HelpDesk Manager, the keynote speaker.
Ms. Priya Kumar spoke about various business and technical topics. One particular session, “Getting the most out of ServiceDesk Plus,” received a lot of interest from the audience, as it provided best practices in utilizing the software, as well as a preview of ManageEngine’s developmental plans for this product. Another session, “Transforming your help desk into a powerhouse of efficiency,” focused on the need for growing organizations today to have an efficient help desk software, one that does more than closing tickets.
As the workshop came to a close, several ServiceDesk Plus users from the audience shared testimonies on how the software has contributed to their respective organizations; simplifying various processes, and increasing their efficiency and effectiveness.
